The Cape Road Dental Experience

We are committed to offering our clients the highest quality dentistry combined with the best possible customer service, all within our contemporary dental practice in the heart of Warwick.

Our professional and friendly team do their utmost to make you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your visit, and regularly go the extra mile to ensure we not only meet, but exceed, our clients’ expectations. We offer a wide choice of dental treatments, including hygiene appointments, teeth whitening, clear aligner braces and 6 Month Braces. We are experts at providing dental implants for single or multiple missing teeth.

We particularly welcome nervous patients, and offer sedation to those who feel they need an extra helping hand.

Your Consultation

Your first consultation appointment will be longer than a usual check-up. This is because we like to take the time to get to know you and your dental needs.

This is really important to us – we want to fully understand what you want and expect from us, and so we will actively listen to you and encourage you to ask lots of questions. We will also give your teeth and gums a thorough examination, take any necessary X-rays, and record our findings on your notes. Oral cancer screening is included as standard.

If you require treatment, we will explain the options available to you so you can make an informed decision. We will also discuss the costs, provide you with a written quotation, and give you information on our various payment plans. For more information call 01926 491029 to book a consultation.

Statement of Purpose

The aims and objectives of Cape Road Dental Practice are the promotion and maintenance of good oral health, the relevant monitoring of general health, and the prevention of, and where appropriate, provision of restorative, prosthetic, and surgical treatment for, dental diseases and conditions. Cape Road Dental Practice provides diagnostic and screening procedures.

Cape Road Dental Practice has a code of practice for dental complaints. We respect patient’s privacy and dignity at all times, and we respect that some patients may wish to be treated by specific clinicians.

Cape Road Dental Practice takes into account patients’ comments, their rights, and their autonomy. We conduct regular anonymous patient satisfaction surveys on the services, care, and treatment they receive. Practice information leaflets are also available. We have an in-house complaints policy for the effective and speedy resolution of patients’ complaints and concerns, information available on this page.

The patient’s needs and expectations are assessed at the outset and treatment alternatives, benefits and risks are explained fully before treatment is commenced. Informed consent is secured and noted before treatment is given.

All patients are given a fully itemised, printed estimate prior to any planned course of treatment and are given the opportunity to discuss this with the Dentist.

Audits are conducted on patient waiting times for treatment and for individual appointments, and alternative appointment times and days are discussed to suit individuals’ needs and preferences where possible.

Cape Road Dental Practice recognises the principles of equality, diversity, and human rights both for its patients and for its employees.

Discrimination, harassment and victimisation are defined in our practice policy and all staff are required to conform to this policy and to bring to the attention of senior management any issues which might violate the principles contained in our policy.
